Member Area
The Member Area of the site is where members can post their own "For Sale by Owner" real estate, classified ads and keep up with Association activities and Board announcements.
All WBLRA members 18-years or older, wishing to view this area and post real estate or classified ads needs to register. Members are required to register using real names. Example: Jonathon Doe 0000 (please put a space between the first name, last name and lot number). Only one lot number is required. If the Member owns multiple lots, please include the main lot number. Aliases or screen names will not be permitted.
Once registered and property ownership is verified, a confirmation email will be sent back to the Member. Please follow the instructions contained in the email. By clicking the link in the email, users will then be allowed access to the site.
The Member Area area can be accessed by either typing http://whitebirch.org/wblra in the Internet browser address bar then clicking the "Go" button or by clicking the link at the bottom of this page.
Please make sure to read the "Privacy Statement" and "Terms of Use". By continuing with the registration process, each user agrees to these terms.
The registration button is located on the menu bar at the top right of the Member Area home page.
