Due to the amount of Members that want to store their Camper Units, space will be given to ‘MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING” only. Anyone with an outstanding balance will NOT be given a served site for the season.

Although a private gated community, White Birch Lakes Recreational Association is not responsible for monitoring, insuring or securing dwellings, property or the personal belongings of its members or their guests. All properties within the Association are deeded and subject to land use restrictions. All persons acquiring property within the Association agree to abide by these restrictions as well as pay a yearly maintenance fee per eligible lot owned.
